You may be spending just a few minutes to take a bath, and you can make the most of that time by doing something that will help you improve some aspects of your life.

Plan your day ahead

You can use your bath time to plan your activities for the whole day, or the next day, if you’re taking a bath before going to bed. Think of what you will do at work. Sort your appointments, for both family and friends. You can also plan how you are going to deal with some of the people you have difficulty dealing with.

Meditate

While it is seemingly unproductive, meditation actually helps you condition yourself for the day ahead. It will also help you deal with your inner concerns, such as improving your self-confidence.
